Brexit Transfer – Lloyd’s

Lloyd’s has completed a Part VII Portfolio Transfer of EEA insurance policies to Lloyd’s Brussels (“the Transfer”), effective 31st December 2020. The Transfer has not changed terms and conditions of any policy, except that Lloyd’s Brussels has become the insurer and Data Controller in respect of the transferred policies. Further information about the Transfer (including whether it could affect your pre-transfer position), which policies have been transferred, your rights and what you need to do can be found at lloyds.com/brexittransfer.
