AXIS Group Benefits is partnering with Trusaic to help your organization meet the Affordable Care Act (ACA) Employer Mandate responsibilities and achieve ACA compliance. This full-service approach combines state of the art data solutions, regulatory expertise and audit protection to help employers reduce risk, avoid costly penalties and navigate the complexities of the ACA.
Producers must hold one of the following valid resident or non-resident licenses to represent our underwriting companies:
- Accident & Health
- Life, Accident & Health
You are required to provide copies of these licenses based upon the situs state of the policyholders that you represent at the time you execute your first policy placement with us. You may be required to be appointed in some states depending on the products you are placing.
All producers are contracted with AXIS Group Benefits LLC. You must execute a producer agreement with us prior to completing a Request for Coverage form for any client. You will function as a sub-producer for AXIS Group Benefits, LLC.
AXIS Group Benefits Insurance Group reserves the right to evaluate you or your agency prior to transacting any business with us. This evaluation will include appropriate licensing and appointment requirements; background checks and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) checks.
The following items are required to contract with AXIS Group Benefits Insurance Group,
- National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) Number
- Copies of resident and non-resident licenses
- Executed AXIS Group Benefits Producer Agreement

AXIS Group Benefits Insurance Group will pay commissions based upon premium received. We issue commission payments monthly. Our preference is electronic payment via ACH direct deposit but, if necessary, we can accommodate printed checks.
